Subscriptions
TelaTap offers annual subscription plans for our digital products. When you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. If you'd like to cancel, you can do so at any time by accessing your order confirmation email or by contacting us at welcome@telatap.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you'll continue to have access until then.
Please note that cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
